Ontario Senior Meal Site Transportation Service
SRT-Malheur Express, operated by Malheur Council on Aging and Community Services provides transportation for seniors who reside within the Ontario area and would like to attend the Ontario meal sites held in the MCOA/CS dining room located at 842 SE 1st Ave, Ontario, OR 97914 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00pm-1:00pm at no cost to them.

Please provide the following information when calling to sign up:
- Name
- Date of Birth
- Pick up Address
- Destination Address
- Type of Mobility Device (if applicable)
- If someone will be accompanying you
Drivers begin pick up at approximately 11:00 am. Please be prepared and ready to go when drivers arrive.
Drivers will assist passengers getting on and off the vehicle. Service vehicles are equipped with a ramp or lift to allow for wheelchair accessibility. Mobility devices and oxygen tanks must be secured.
