SRT-Malheur Express is contracted with Greater Oregon Behavioral Health, Inc. (GOBHI) to provide door-to-door, Non-Emergent Medical Transportation at no cost to riders who are eligible for transportation services through Oregon Medicaid. (Participants must have prior approval through the Oregon Medicaid Transportation Brokerage).

In order for SRT-Malheur Express to provide NEMT services to riders, eligibility must be determined and scheduling must be processed through the GOBHI Transportation Brokerage. Rides scheduled outside of the GOBHI transportation brokerage will considered a Snake River Access "PLUS" General Public service and you will be charged a cash fare.
