Crossroads: Nine (9) Low-Income Housing Units 92 Northwest Second Avenue, Ontario, Oregon. It is the policy of Malheur Council on Aging & Community Services to provide services without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, familial status, physical handicap or disability.
- Unit A – Motel Type Efficiency Unit $240 month – $150 security/cleaning deposit
- Unit 5 – Motel Type Efficiency Unit $350 month – $150 security/cleaning deposit
Please call Housing Manager at 541-889-7651 for more information. This property does not provide any Federal rent subsidies to renters reducing total tenant payments to 30% of their adjusted income. Renters are required to pay the full rent, even if it is in excess of 30% of their income. However, in most cases, the properties are happy to accept Project Based Sec. 8 vouchers.
HUD Resources Eligibility:
Applicants for Crossroads housing, must be able to provide income certification that they are low-income (at or below 60% of median income), pass a background check, and must have the capacity of paying low rent (or have documented sponsorship for rental assistance).
